As one of the hottest days of the summer drove up air conditioning use, Ontario’s electricity grid faced some of its highest demand yet. Local business owner Benson Mutalemwa and grid operator Joseph Ricasio share how they’re coping with the heat — and what Ontarians can do to help ease the strain.
